Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Items eligible for a return must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, including their original packaging.
Some goods are not eligible for return, including perishable items like food and flowers, as well as intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Select health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Books showing visible use
- Any media (CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records) that has been opened.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, start by checking your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Often there is processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at [email protected] and send your item to: 4 Southgate Park, Spittal, Haverfordwest, SA62 5QQ, United Kingdom.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then learn of your return.
Shipping Returns

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
